About tenure,a lots of teachers want get it.Because once tenured,professors hold their jobs without review and with little danger of being fired or replaced .But I think of it only be advantage to professors ,do nothing to good thinking about students .On other hand ,tenure will attract highly qualified candidates to the profession,but maybe these candidates can’t make funny at classroom and will not care about students.Therefore,highly education of professors can’t evidence to everything.The attention must be paid to normal performances of the professors,also believe in personal ability and experience.
In many ways,the impact on society of Unemployment Rate,and without more opportunity for teachers to practice.The teaching practice will afford them opportunity of gaining some necessary experience,only in this way can teacher become professor.
Another good reason that reward by professor,who have significant research and teaching experience.They should get great awards.Indeed some people believe that their professors received tenure sign highly qualified,well experienced teaching.
Relatively speaking,I consider this is impractical and unfair that tenure only leads to poor teaching and holds his or her job without any fear of losing job.Professor should be reward for dedicated service and care as much about students.
