After the reforms and opening up, the malls in our country have developed very rapidly, have gradually occupied an important position in the economic sphere,and have become an indispensable part of our daily life. Recently our malls are becoming bigger and bigger in size and are working hard in quality towards intertionalization , but the general problem is they are only the simple imitation form,and are lack of the appropriate measures for consumers, thus causes some other problems.
The thesis first made a conclusion and introduction according to the overview of the shopping malls' status and the consumers' behavior in our country, then classified the characteristics and made a summary according to the the consumers' consuming behavior in the malls. After that,it analyzed the factors that may effect the consuming behavior in our country from two aspects, which are the malls and the consumers themselves.Finally, the thesis proposed appropriate countermeasures according to the factors that may effect the consuming behavior of the consumers which are the malls themselves, the characteristics of consumers' behavior, the extent of the consumers to buy something certainly and the consumers themselves based on the analysis above.
