E应该是thus inaugurating both
英语中有一个用法，sb. do sth.,thus doing。。。
这里的thus表示因此，而doing的主语一定是句子的主语
A B C D很好排除，我就不说了

A。being这种用法在SAT里是规定是错的，记住
B.本来我一开始看还以为是对的，但就在于其inaugurate放的位置不对。如果是inaugurated both就对了
C.这个不用讲了吧
D。这个连谓语都没有啊
E。你是不是打错了啊，应该是thus inauguration of both,就这个对的。
