There is a special connection between the English language and myself.Firstly,it is the first language that I have learnt besides my mother language,Chinese.When I was first taught to speak English,I started to understand that there are other languages in the world.That made me feel suddenly quite insecure.And that was my first impression of English.
When I am learning English,I am very frustrated most of the times.I cannot remember how many times it was when I chucked the English-Chinese dictionary off my desk,yelling “I’ll never look at this again!”.Neither can I remember how many times it was when I went to pick up the poor book afterwards.But I couldn't help it,after all,could you?Learning English was hard,but I did my best at it.
