Firstly,you should take the necessary things with you including swimming glasses,swimming cloth and so on.Secondly,do some warm exercise before you go into the water,this will make your swimming more safely.You should remember not to swim alone in the deep area,it's dangerous.Always be with your parents.finally,take a shower after your swim,because the sea water is salty
