改否定和疑问句，在英语中属于最简单的题型。你可以先举个例子说明啊

he does his homework.
he does do his homework.
dose he do his homework?
(首字母大些）
do does did 要根据时态。
be动词is am are was were也是。
疑问句，否定句有some要改成any的
没要点了吧。，。。

You have a dog.
Do you have a dog?
You do not have a dog.

例：
He goes to school by bike.肯定句
He doesn't go to school by bike.否定句
Does he go to school by bike?
How does he go to school？特殊疑问句？
你又要用一句话来说明，又要写详细些，这是不可能实现的，除非我写的这句话一直用逗号，不写句号。而且不是三两句话能够说明的。这其中涉及到主语是第几人称、单数还是复数，是实义动词还是系动词。
