方法是：句子中有be时,在后边直接加not ,疑问句直接把be提前.没有be时,要加do 的各种时态,后边加not,疑问句把相对应的do 的时态提前.
特殊疑问句看你问什么了,一般以who.what,where,which,why等词开头加这句的疑问句
