Please make sure that all those goods in the former order (form) are settled purchase/ordering issue and offer us the formal PO before this order is signed,thus/therefore we could accept new ones/orders.
Pls be sure to settle ordering issue for those goods in the previous order and deliever/provide us with the formal PO ahead of signing of the present one,then new orders could be accepted in our company/firm.
