Features of a product are the tangible characteristics, that is they are able to be seen and touched or described by size, shape, colour or weight. They are seen objectively by all, e.g. an air conditioning unit in a hotel room.
Benefits of a product are the feelings of satisfaction or fulfilment of the need, which a consumer gets out of using the product. The benefits are subjective – that is they are different for each consumer, e.g. the air conditioner for one gives comfort, whilst for others it is a nuisance – they would rather have fresh air from an open window.
features mean advantages or some unique characteristics of something;while as to "benefit",it means what is good for something or can bring something helpful to what you are engaged in.
