虽然是一句中文，但是不能直接翻成一句英文，如果是一句英文，那就有多个主词和动词。这是不对的。
The Dispute Resolution Process:
In the event when there are disputes between the two parties during contract fulfillment, the two parties should try to negotiate, with good faith, a settlement first. If no settlement can be reached, the dispute should be handed over to the local Arbitration Committee for a formal arbitration.

The dispute solution way, in fulfills in the contract process like to have the dispute, should by both sides friendly negotiated settlement, the consultation be inadequate, hands over carries on the arbitration by the local Arbitration committee.

In the event of any dispute or difference of opinion,the parties shall use their best efforts to settle such dispute or
difference of opinion amicably by negotiation.
However,any dispute or difference of opinion which cannot be amicably and satisfactorily by negotiation in spite of the best efforts used by the parties,shall be finally settled by local Arbitration committee.
