With rapid development of the nation's economy,the number of privately possessed vehicles also increase in an uncontrollable way.The exhausted gas discharged by the car becomes the main contributor to air pollution.The harm produced to human body by the tiny dust particles from exhausted gas could be unexpected lethal; there is a potential threat of chemical reaction which result in the formation of toxic chemical gases that is fatal to human health.It is the most pressing problem to be solved on how to reduce the amount of polluting gas discharged and alleviating the environmental damage by controlling number of private vehicles.This essay is based on the summary of the international research that focuses on the study over the exhaust level of the vehicles,hence by controlling over the traffic amount to solve the air pollution caused by exhausted gas,together with research on new technologies and use of various of renewable energy sources like solar power,wind and tidal power et cetera to further promote the prevalence of hybrid kinetic automobile to decrease the polluting gas discharged.
