who作主语和宾语。如：Do you know the boy who is standing there? whom作宾语，如：Do you know the boy whom/who they are talking about?

who在定从中可做主语/宾语
whom 只做宾语
eg.The man who is wearing a hat is my father .
He is the man whom/who I love .
介词后应该用whom而不能用who
The man with whom the girl is talking is Tom

who在定语从句作主语、宾语
whom在定语从句作宾语
People who cannot speak can talk by using signs.
people主语→ who
Our doctor,whom/who we all like very much,is leaving.
