作法:

4、把肉倒入砂锅(也可使用炒肉的铁锅),放入大葱、生姜、八角、陈皮、桂皮和香叶再倒小半杯清水使肉都浸在汤汁里,调入少许盐,盖上锅盖小火焖1个小时即可
建议:
1、制作红烧肉一定要选用带皮的五花肉哟,最美味的就是皮和肥肉.
