The most effective way to learn English 我觉得是：
1.To read more English Literature
2.Practice speaking English verbally(Ex:online pen pal that you can talk to in English)
3.Use what you learn from the books in real life.(As in not only should you learn the adjectives, remember them, you must also practice using them in real life situations to be more fluent)
4.Lastly,have fun learning.A positive attitude is always helpful when you are determined to learn something or accomplish a hard tast.
