这么简单一个句子不用添加weather一词，不然显得怪怪的

所以变成问句就可以是Is it because that weather is freezing that...
P.S.强调句：It is +被强调部分+that.

支持二楼 但是 是否应该把so去掉。。。 because不能和so连用
