讲不出来为什么，就是大声读的时候觉得很别扭，可能sure都是跟着人的吧。

错了,习惯搭配是：sb. is sure that...; It is certain that...
所以可以这么改正：
It is certain that he will attend the meeting.
I am sure that he will attend the meeting.

可以用it is sure吗？我觉得通常都是人称代词加sure

突然又想起一种说法，和原文比较贴近
