I'm glad that you like to speak English, I'm Canadian so I'll give you some advice and I sincerely hope that you will improve on speaking.
First, to speak English correctly, you should make sure that you know how to use the words, in another saying, you should know your grammar.
Second, you should be brave. Be brave when you speak to other people, just as the saying goes "practice makes perfect" . Also it's a good idea to speak to foreigners, don't be shy!
Finally----and the most important step, you should listen! Listening helps you with you pronunciation, which is very important in speaking. Listen to the tapes ,radio , or tv commercials, make sure they're proper English, not those with strange accents.
