From the international perspective,having a good command of foreign language has become a your superiority through a cut- throat competition.Therefor,more and more people start to learn a foreign language.Some experts believe that it is better foe children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school.From my own experience,I could not agree more about this point.
Although studying language too young might make them confused because the language points are out the range of their understanding,it is considerably good for them to adapt the language earlier.In addition,children really need a synchronous development between native language and foreign language.
As we all know,children have more powerful memories than adults,so every word they heard or every sentence they made up will be greatly impressive in their mind.They will not forget even if they are old.Moreover,learning foreign language becomes more efficient to them.
Normally,primary school students have more spare time than secondary school students.They do not have too much pressure,but secondary school students oblige to turn their attention to other subjects,for instance,physics,biology,geography and so on.
In brief,the advantages of learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school do outweigh the disadvantage.
