Emergency Plan for Quality Problem
1.Purpose:To make quick response to the quality feedback of customers.
2.Emergency plan
2.1 Establish temporary quality problem investigation team.
2.1.1 This team should take the responsibility of communicating with customers in order to master the quality feedback clearly.
2.1.2 Organize quality symposium to analysis the cause of the quality problem and establish emergency plan and long-term measures.
2.2 Use mark to separate the products of the corresponding batch in finished goods inventory.
2.3 Do reproducibly analysis on finished goods and goods-in-process to confirm the rate and degree of the quality problem.
2.4 Dispose the finished goods and goods-in-process according to the temporary measures.(Full-inspect/degrade/scrap).
2.5 Hand in the quality problem investigation report to customers in due time.(The report should include quality problem reproducibility measurement data,the outflow and the cause of the unqualified products,the disposal of finished products and goods-in-process,measures to prevent the outflow and the occurrence of unqualified products and so on)
2.6 Assign improvement measures to each department of its responsibility and also define the time and people-in-charge.
2.7 The quality control department should supervise the implementation and effect of the improvement measures.
2.8 The sales department should listen to and collect the comments of customers using the improved products.
2.9 The quality control department should carry out effective improvement measures and apply these measures to the similar products.
