公共图书馆作为一个为公众提供文献信息的社会文化机构,它的发展无不与社会发展密切相关.随着*信息公开的进程,公共图书馆日益成为*信息公开工作中的一部分.如何确定公共图书馆*信息公开服务的定位是一直值得讨论的问题.本文认为公共图书馆作为一个大众的信息服务机构,区别于以保存为主的档案管理机构,应立足面向民众的信息需求,以*信息的宣传和服务为本,真正成为*信息的“宣传员”和“信息主管”.
Public Library as a document information for the public social and cultural institutions,and its development are all closely related with social development.With the government information disclosure process,public libraries,government information is increasingly becoming a part of a public work.How to determine the public libraries open government information services,positioning is always worthy of discussion.This paper argues that public libraries as a public information service in order to preserve the main file different from the governing body should be based on the information needs of the people-oriented,government information,advocacy and service-oriented,and truly become a government information "propaganda members "and the" chief information officer."
