只能回答No why,这是英语语法规则规定允许的.其实,省略的未必就是may be,也可能是wil be或者（语气婉转些）would be.英语中这种用-ever开头的省略句还有：Whoever the boss,I just want to sue the company.(不论老...请问什么情况下可以省略？口语或非正式场合一般都省略。正式场合一般还是不省略的较多。
