the weather is hot today “今天天气很热”用英语说时 我知道 it's very hot today.是对的,但是 the weather is hot today. 我一直以为“the weather is hot today”是很不地道的,但是今天在新概念上看到有“the weather's often cold in the north and windy in the east”以及“our climate is not very good, but it's certainly interesting”这种表述,似乎“the weather/climate is + adj.

我一直以为“the weather is hot today”是很不地道的,但是今天在新概念上看到有“the weather's often cold in the north and windy in the east”以及“our climate is not very good, but it's certainly interesting”这种表述,似乎“the weather/climate is + adj.
How's the weather today?
It's hot.
英语我们说 weather is fine/good/bad,等等
一般不说“天气热” (the weather is hot)
“the weather's often cold in the north and windy in the east”
“It is often cold in the north and windy in the east”
“our climate is not very good, but it's certainly interesting”
