求英语大神帮忙修改两句英语语法错误!

"be more concentrated"被老师划出来说有tense问题...
改为：Learning English early in one's childhood helps onetobe more concentrated.

to do不定式表示去成为,将来的一种目的.
2.His work might be so heavy that he could not cope with them all.
"them"被划出来说有tense问题...
.His work might be so heavy that he could not cope with it all.
工作work不可数,所以应该是it,可是明明有help sb do sth 的用法啊！因为“help sb do sth ”中的“do”是行为动词，这里省略了“to”表示“帮助共同做do某事”；而"help sb to be sth ”中的“be”是系动词，表示“有助于one成为”，而Learning English early in one's childhood 不可能也共同“成为”，你说是吗？
