如果就my homework提问,答案不应该是What can she help me with?吗?
老师讲答案是What can she help me ?
我认为应该是How can she help me?

What can she help me ?是what提问,问的是“什么”,意思是“她能帮我什么”
How can she help me?是how提问,问的是“怎样”,意思是“她能怎样帮我”
至于加不加with的问题,help后面还可以跟动词或者不定式,如果加上with显得很奇怪,没有那么问的.
