最后一个是正确并最为适当的。但是单词写错。

Not only does it include A, but also B.

的确是中国人的理解。
个人认为：看你强调什么词，是主语，还是谓语，还是宾语。强调哪个部分，not only,but also就放在它的前面。
所以这里我倾向于第三句。
例如：Not only you but also I can speak English.
You can not only believe him but also follow his advice.
You can not only speak English but also French.
